The overall aim of becoming a 5 Star Pet Owner is for us to help you
keep your pets in the best health possible.
Like us, pets in good health have a greater chance of living a longer
active life.
We also believe that you should be rewarded and acknowledged for
providing your pets with excellent care.
We are doing this through our 5 Star Pet Owner Program.
It is also our way of giving something back to you for your support.
The 5 Star Pet Owner Program helps us to help you keep up to date with
your pet’s health care needs. These basic needs are:

Vaccinations
- your pet’s vaccinations are up to date.

Nutrition -
your pet is within the correct weight range for its age.

Intestinal Worming

your pet is wormed at least every three months.

Flea Control -
your pet is flea free or on a regular preventative program that
includes its environment.

Dental care
- your pet’s teeth do not require any remedial dental
treatment.
