...Fees and Charges
Unfortunately there is no Medicare for animals. Our veterinary practice, hospital and clinic are funded by the fees you pay. Prices have to be set at a reasonable level in order to maintain high levels of professional service, and medical and surgical facilities to care for your animals which are as important to us as they are to you.
Our policy is that payment should be made at the time
of the consultation or surgery. We have set our fee structure so
that it is as affordable as possible. Fees are competitive with
those charged by other Veterinary Practices with a similar level of
equipment and staffing. Most importantly we strive to maintain a
very high skill level so as to provide the best of care for all animals
treated. We are pleased to
quote on all diagnostic and treatment options to give your animal the
best treatment possible at reasonable prices. For your convenience we
have EFTPOS facilities. We can also arrange interest free loans through
"Care Credit" should you require this facility.
Pet
insurance is also available as a means of protecting yourself against
unexpected Veterinary fees for your pet. "Pet Plan" insurance, which is
our preferred supplier of this type of insurance, gives a yearly rebate
of your premium for regular, routine examinations which will, in our
opinion, decrease your need to seek veterinary attention, except for an
accident. So good health care is encouraged. We encourage you to give
serious consideration to insuring your pet today.
