Supertails is a simple monthly membership that gives you unlimited vet consults plus discounts on everyday services and preventative care. It’s all about providing peace of mind, affordability, and the very best care for your furry family members.

Important Terms & Conditions
Annual Commitment & Auto-Renewal
- When you join, you sign up for a 12-month membership. Unless you opt out, membership automatically renews each year. You’ll get a reminder at least 30 days before the renewal so you can cancel if you want.
Fees, Payment Options & Late or Failed Payments
- You can pay either annually or via monthly instalments.
- If payments fail (e.g. insufficient funds), there’s a fee (about $14.95) for each failed transaction.
- If cancellation happens partway through the year, you may need to pay for services used so far, or other fees, depending on which benefits you used.
What the Plan Covers (Benefits) & What It Doesn’t
- Among the included benefits: routine vaccinations, free vet/vet nurse consults (up to 20 mins, up to 8 per year), dental check-ups, blood & urine health screening, discounts on parasite prevention, prescription medications, pet food, and unlimited nail trims.
- Benefits are subject to availability, vet recommendations, and can’t be paid out in cash or accrued. Unused benefits expire at the end of the membership period.
Cancellation / Refunds / Major Failures
- You can cancel via the online portal or by contacting the support team via info@supertails.com.au
- If cancelling mid-term, there’s a structure applied: you’ll either pay the remainder of instalments owed or pay the difference between the non-member retail value of services used and what you’ve already paid.
- If there’s a “major failure” (for example, something unsafe, or services not delivered as promised in a serious way), you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion.
