Where did you grow up and how did your childhood shape you to work at Yass Valley Veterinary?

I am a born and breed Kiwi where I grew up in the South Island of New Zealand in a country town called Timaru. I moved to Australia in 2003 and I have always grown up around animals and since marrying a Yass farmer, working at a vet clinic has come in very handy.

What qualifications do you have?

Administration, Customer Service. Practical animal knowledge and also on the job experience 

Why do you like working at Yass Valley Veterinary?

The clients especially the four legged kind and the staff. Everyday at YVV is different which is fantastic.

What you like doing in your spare time?

I am a mother of three wonderful children which take up a lot of my spare time. Also anything to do with being outside on the farm. We established a Speckle Park breeding program in 2020 and it is my passion.

What pets do you have?

4 Kelpies, 2 Cattle Dogs and a Jack Russel. 3000 head of Merino and Xbred sheep. Speckle Park and Angus cattle and of course chickens.
