Where did you grow up and how did your childhood shape you to work at YVV? 

I live on a mixed farming property near Binalong and grew up here surrounded by livestock, horses, dogs and an array of small animals and wildlife. 

Growing up I have always been surrounded by animals and have since cherished the contentment and joy in which they have provided me with over the years. 

I do believe that my upbringing has most certainly influenced my driving passion for working in the veterinary industry. 


What qualifications do you have? 

I am a year 12 student and have recently completed my cert ll in Animal Care along with my HSC and have an early offer position at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga for Animal Science beginning in 2024. 


Why do you like working at Yass Valley Veterinary?

Working at Yass Valley Veterinary has enabled myself to extend my knowledge and experiences within the veterinary industry, along with being fortunate enough to work with a pretty amazing and intelligent team of people. 


What you like doing in your spare time? 

During my spare time I enjoy travelling, camping, spending time with my animals, hanging out with friends and going to the gym. 


What pets do you have?

My beloved dog Otzi, my three horses, Gavin my Quaker parrot and a merino poddy named Norma!
