Is the dental check really free?
Yes. We’re offering complimentary dental checks to assess your pet’s oral health and determine whether further treatment is recommended.
Does every pet need a dental procedure?
No. Some pets only require routine monitoring, while others may benefit from professional cleaning or treatment. We’ll explain our recommendations after the dental check.
Is a dental procedure performed under anaesthatic?
Yes. Professional dental cleaning requires a general anaesthetic so every tooth can be thoroughly examined and cleaned safely and comfortably.
How do I know if my pet has dental disease?
Many pets show very subtle signs. Bad breath is often one of the earliest indicators, but dental disease can also exist without obvious symptoms. Regular dental checks are the best way to detect problems early.

• The dental check will be performed by a veterinary team member to assess your pet’s oral health and determine if further treatment is recommended.
• The $70 discount applies only to recommended dental procedures booked following a dental check during the campaign period.
• Dental procedures must be recommended by a veterinarian following an oral health assessment.
• The $70 discount cannot be applied to previously booked procedures, existing treatment plans, consultations, medications, or other veterinary services.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers, including Supertails.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Additional costs associated with the dental procedure, including pre-anaesthetic blood testing, medications, hospitalisation, or additional treatments, are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Eligibility and suitability for dental procedures will be determined by the veterinarian based on your pet’s health and individual needs.
